Just a mile from the sea, this lovely cottage, built circa 1890 in traditional red brick and carrstone, is furnished and equipped to a high standard throughout. Situated at the end of a small private lane on the outskirts of Heacham village, 3 Hall Close offers spacious accommodation for up to 10 people. . The cottage is near many beaches on the North Norfolk Coast and also has access to great walks.

Accommodation: Downstairs: Entrance hall. Large sitting room with a log burning stove, Flat Screen TV with Freeview, DVD, CD and Ipod Connection, Digital radio, French doors leading to the rear private patio garden, (enclosed for pets and Children). Well-equipped kitchen / dining room (Oven, Dishwasher, Freezer, Washing Machine, Dryer and Microwave) with large dining table (seats up to 10). Door to rear garden. Downstairs Shower room with W.C. and basin.

Local attractions: . The pretty little village of Heacham ( mile), with its good choice of shops, restaurants, pubs and takeaways is the centre of the Norfolk lavender-growing industry, and Caley Mill, where the essence is distilled, can be visited free of charge

. Hunstanton (2 miles) has all the seaside attributes for a lovely holiday: miles of sandy beaches with rock pools, majestic cliffs, amusements and water sports, as well as tennis, croquet, bowls, golf, shops, restaurants and inns, leisure and Sea Life centres

. The bird reserves of Snettisham and Titchwell are both within easy reach

. There are numerous quality pubs nearby that are child friendly, offering excellent food, wine and traditional ales

. Inland, there are splendid stately homes to visit, with the Queen's country home at Sandringham closest at 6 miles

. Holkham Hall makes for an enjoyable day out. Within the grounds, there is a 80-foot-high obelisk on top of a grassy mound, where views of both the hall and grounds can be seen. There is plenty of birdlife found within the grounds, and a footpath leads from the estate to Holkham Bay, where one of the finest sandy beaches, fringed by pine-studded sand dunes can be found

. Kings Lynn offers a wealth of shops, restaurants and theatres as well as a large leisure centre

Snettisham Park Farm is less than three miles away. The farm is a must for all ages, where you can see the famous red deer or feed lambs, kid goats and piglets

Golf Courses There are several excellent Golf Courses very close to Heacham. Both the Hunstanton and the Royal West Norfolk Golf Clubs offer superb links courses, whilst King's Lynn Golf Club is a very nice parkland course
