Villa Kadyanda is situated in an elevated position surrounded by pine forests with stunning views over a plateau and the nearby mountains and is an ideal holiday venue for extended families with children. This area of Turkey - the Turquoise Coast - offers everything that a holidaymaker could want. The friendliest of people, lovely beaches, all types of watersports, a variety of good restaurants, historical sites and a complete range of shopping experiences. We back this up with a luxurious detached villa fully equipped and furnished to an excellent standard. The villa can sleep 13 people in 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms and 4 living rooms and it has a lovely private pool and a large Gym & Games Room with a Nintendo Wii, table tennis, cross-trainer, weights, a punch bag, quoits, darts and a surround sound theatre system. A 2km walk takes you to the shops, restaurants and daily market in traditional Uzumlu village. Dalaman airport is 50 minutes and Calis Beach is just 20 minutes away. The bustling port city of Fethiye is 17km away and can be reached by regular Dolmus minibuses, or hire a car and the local roads are excellent. The famous resort of Olu Deniz with its sheltered Blue Lagoon and centre for paragliding is a short distance from Fethiye, as is Hisaronu with its lively night life. Slightly further away, on the road to Kas and Kalkan, is Patara Beach with an unspoilt 20km sandy beach.
