The Coach House at Quorn Lodge is the only surviving building from the original Quorn Lodge estate which was built in late Victorian times. In 2004, the building was completely renovated and converted into spacious living accommodation with its’ own garden and patio. Quorn Lodge, which is set in 31 acres, borders the Great Central Steam Railway where excellent views of main line steam trains can be seen from the Coach House lounge and patio. The Coach House is now available for luxury short-term self-catering accommodation for up to 6 people who will find the property very relaxing. The 4 star detached accommodation comprises: Spacious entrance hall, large lounge with 2 double sofa beds, TV, DVD, video, radio/CD player and broadband internet connection. One double bedroom and one twin. Large well equipped dining kitchen, quality fitted bathroom. The property is fully alarmed and has full gas central heating, plus mains connected smoke detectors and emergency lighting. There is also a patio and landscaped garden plus ample secure car parking. The accommodation is perfect for weekly holidays or a relaxing weekend/ midweek break. We can also offer a longer stay for those working away from home. One of our fields, bordering the Great Central Steam Railway, is a certificated location for caravan club members which is available all year round. Come and try our luxury Coach House offering comfort, cleanliness with a very warm welcome and friendly atmosphere guaranteed. Take a walk around the land and view the wildlife and passing steam trains. (The Great Central Railway is the only preserved double track main line in the UK). We are also conveniently situated for Donnington Park, Prestwold hall, Belvoir Castle, National Space Centre and as an ideal base for touring England.

THE COACH HOUSE BEDROOMS - There are 2 fully fitted good size bedrooms - one double and one twin, both with TV/DVD/clock radio, hairdryer and fan. All bed linen is provided.
THE COACH HOUSE KITCHEN - The well equipped fully fitted kitchen with dining area includes a washing machine, microwave, gas hob and electric oven. The bathroom comprises, toilet, basin, shower with tiled walls/ floor and all towels are provided. All rooms are fully furnished to a high standard and include gas central heating, double glazing and full alarm system. The building is ideal for the short term visitor who would rather have their own peaceful and spacious accommodation than be in a hotel room. If required, the owners are able to offer further services, as they occupy the bungalow next door. These can include a daily cleaning service and continental breakfast. There is strictly No Smoking and No Pets. The well equipped fully fitted kitchen with dining area includes a washing machine, microwave, gas hob and electric oven. The bathroom comprises, toilet, basin, shower with tiled walls/ floor and all towels are provided. All rooms are fully furnished to a high standard and include gas central heating, double glazing and full alarm system.
