Solid fuel stove and Rayburn, central heating, en-suite toilet & washbasin, bathroom with shower, utility room, off-road parking. Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, locally there are lovely valley and moorland walks accessible from the cottage. The cottage is accessible by public transport from Durham City.
