This apartment consists of two bedrooms; the double bedroom has a wash basin and shower, the second bedroom has large bunk beds (linen is provided). The lounge/dinning room, is furnished with one three seater settee and one two seater settee. It also has a high fireside chair, along with a television, DVD player and digital box. This is accompanied by a dinning table which can seat up to six people as well as a double sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious and leads into the lounge; it includes an electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and washer drier. The fully tiled bathroom has a bath, toilet and wash basin.
The apartment is open all year round, with central heating making it very comfortable, ideal for early or late visitors. The apartment offers parking for up to two cars, and you can access my garden if you wish, either for relaxation, or for the children’s play area.
The apartment is situated in the village of Quintrell Downs, two and a half miles from Newquay and one mile from Morrisons Supermarket. In the village there are several amenities, just a few minutes away there is a Shop and Post Office, a bus stop and a train halt (Newquay to Par line). Quintrell Downs also has a Garden Centre and recreation ground with tennis courts.
There are two local pubs situated in the village, with one specialising in excellent sea food. The area is an ideal base for touring Cornwall. Newquay is famous for its coastline and has numerous beaches, with several excellent for surfing.
The nearest beach is Porth, approximately two miles away. Newquay Zoo and Waterworld are popular attractions, also around two miles from Quintrell Downs. Hendra Tourist Park is only one mile away, and is open to non residents for swimming; it has an indoor pool with multiple flumes and an outdoor pool.
The National Trust Elizabethan Manor of Trerice, is also near, it is a beautiful property in a very peaceful setting.
For families with children Dairyland is an award winning farm activity park only a mile away. There are many activities nearby for everyone to enjoy, whatever the weather.
