| The villa comprises four 1-bedroom holiday apartments sharing the villa's private swimming pool. The apartments are well furnished and equipped to a high standard with air-condioning and ceiling fans. A spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area has sliding glass doors leading out onto a balcony. A cottage-style sofa, chairs, coffee tables, lamps and television are positioned at one end of this large area, with a formal dining table and matching chairs separating it from the kitchen area. Each apartment has a garden table, chairs and sun umbrella on the balcony.
Dinner table seating six. Modern kitchen with fitted units, hobs, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, pots and pans, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, glassware.
Living Area furnished to comfortably accommodate eight to ten people. TV and radio. Sliding glass doors leading out onto balcony. Sofabed sleeping accommodation for two.
Offroad parking for two cars.

The apartments are situated in Pissouri Bay and have views of the beach and, inland, of the hilltop village of Pissouri. The beach, restaurants, supermarket, banks and shops are only a five minutes walk from the apartment and Pissouri village is approximately six minutes drive. In Pissouri village there are several taverns with traditional Greek-Cypriot cuisine, local dancing and bars.
The beach at Pissouri has been awarded a blue flag by the EU as one of the cleanest beaches in Cyprus. It has a lifeguard and is safe for swimming all year round. Water sports are available (water-ski, paragliding, sailing, snorkelling, wind surfing and jet ski). |
