A spacious old country house suitable for groups or large families. The house has a lounge with open fire, a dining room with open fire, 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and reception hall. It stands on its own grounds with parking area and lawns. It is approx. 5 km from the tourist town of Dungarvan which has suitable amenities for all tourists.It is situated on the foothills of the Comeragh Mountains with a panoramic view of Dungarvan town and district including Dungarvan Bay. It is situated close to Kilgobnet Equestrian centre and close to the Colligan River and woodlands. We provide DIY Livery (see Photo Page for details) Ideal for outdoor pursuits but within easy reach of Dungarvan town,and also Waterford city, Ireland's oldest city and home of Waterford Crystal.Cork city is only an hour away.

Draw Well DIY Livery - Take your horse on holiday! At the Draw Well we can provide secure stables, grazing and arena right next to your self catering accomodation. You can ride in the local country lanes and woodlands. With 10 stables and accomodation for up to 10 people in the Draw Well Country House you can have an equestrian holiday as the core activity whilst also enjoying the many local attractions in the Dungarvan seaside tourist town. Livery rates on request based on actual requirements.
The Draw Well Cottage - Situated on the same grounds adjacent to the Draw Well Coutry Farm House the cottage sleeps 5 and together with the Farm House which sleeps 10 it is ideal for large families or groups. See the Draw Well cottage page and the web link for further details
