| Bonny Barn (self-catering/non-smoking) was built in 2002 to accommodate cyclists using the *Pennine Cycleway which runs through Harbottle village.
Harbottle, in the Coquet Valley, lies in the heart of the Northumberland National Park at the foot of the Cheviot Hills. The village is an ideal base for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers, nature lovers, visiting Alnwick Castle & Gardens and the popular village of Rothbury.
Bonny Barn is centrally heated, with a sitting area and TV. The kitchen is equipped with crockery, cutlery, fridge, toaster, kettle, and a two-hot gas burner. Basic foodstuffs are kept on the kitchen shelves i.e. instant coffee, tea, oil etc. and other groceries can be ordered at the time of booking.
The shower room has a toilet and wash basin. A mezzanine floor, laminated and with access to the upper garden, has 6 mattresses, sleeping bags, liners and pillows. Towels provided. Secure cycle storage. Outside pipe for hosing down. Clothes drying facilities.
