The large open-plan living & dining area (with double patio doors to balcony) and kitchen overlook the Channel. The open-plan living and dining area has a double sofa bed, television with built-in multi-region DVD player, radio/CD player, WIFI access and the dining table seats 6. The en-suite master bedroom has a king size bed and large built-in cupboard and drawer space. The en-suite shower room has a double shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet. The second bedroom has two 3 foot beds, large built-in cupboard and two free standing chest of drawers. There is a family bathroom. The newly fitted kitchen has a breakfast table, ample cookware, crockery, cutlery, double electric oven, gas hob, washing machine/tumble dryer, diswasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. The hall benefits from 2 large storage cupboards. Gas central heating throughout. Access is by either stair or lift. Covered private designated car park. A separate car park available for visitors. The flat has an entry phone system and shared binstore by the covered parking. Gas, central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included in rental price.

The flat is a short walk to the Waterfront complex at Sovereign Harbour with its Marina, restaurants, shops, cafes, cinema and supermarket. Only 5 minutes walk to bus-stop with a regular service to the town centre (which is only 2 miles away) and other attractions. It is an ideal base for walking and touring the many attractions in the South-East.
