Lovely, well furnished one bedroomed annex to house in secluded, quite private lane in Wokingham, a leafy suburb in the Thames Valley, conveniently situated for Heathrow Airport,(15 miles) close to M3/M4, Windsor (Castle)9 miles and Ascot (Race course)9 miles. Excellent transport links, direct train to London (1hr) There is also a bus stop to the local town directly outside our private lane's entrance. There is also space for your own vehicle to be parked on our property. The property is completely self contained, with it's own good size lounge with fitted fire place, lounge suite, arm chair and TV, dining table and chairs, a separate fitted kitchen with washing machine, full cooker, fridge and everything required from iron board to toaster! A separate ensuite bathroom off the double bedroom has an over (power)shower and full bath. The bedroom has fully fitted units along with fitted wardrobes offering plenty of space and storage, it is fully carpeted and furnished and very comfortable, it's also very safe and secure and there is a large patio and a small garden which you have use of allowing you to enjoy outside. Outside garden furniture is available for your personal use. You have your own designated parking area. In Winter the property is extremely cosy and warm with central heating in each room. Bedding and linen are all supplied along with a full set of towels per person and t. towels and a complimentary welcome pack will be waiting for you upon your arrival (1 week+ bookings), with the owners living in adjoining property we are very friendly, approachable and happy to help with any directions, advice etc etc. DATES OF ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE CAN BE FLEXIBLE. FOR BUSINESS USER MUCH MORE PERSONAL AND COST EFFECTIVE THAN USING VERY EXPENSIVE LOCAL HOTELS WHO CHARGE AROUND £100 per night. FREE WI FI INTERNET ACCESS, designated own parking space with apartment. Could also suit if you want short term accommodation pending circumstances, at a very reasonable rent with no long term committment, perhaps in between house purchase etc, Longer lets are welcome, subject to availability.
