| Holt Farm Barn - The Barn has been transformed into superb holiday accommodation for up to 8 people. An imaginative 6 metre high by 10 metre long living and dining area is set between the two large glazed doors. The Barn has retained a wealth of original features now contrasted with modern comforts like an oak table to seat 12 people, underfloor heating and a wood burner for cool evenings. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms are on differing levels and a fully fitted bespoke oak kitchen can cater for a crowd. The Barn also has a large paved patio with furniture and lights for summer dining. Holt Farm House - The ancient Farm House has been restored to accommodate up to 7 people with up-to-the-minute comforts, including underfloor heating, a wood-burning fire and large sofas in the lounge, 2 bathrooms, 3 large bedrooms [one with shared access] and a fully fitted kitchen with a large oak dining table to seat 12. The Farm House has views across the orchard, rolling farmland and hills and valleys beyond and is situated adjacent to a footpath. Ideal for groups of friends and family in conjunction with The Barn, The Stable and The Wain House. Holt Farm Stable - The Stable is recently converted to superb holiday accommodation for 2 people.It is attached to Holt Farm House but has its own entrance, secluded patio and parking area. The large living and dining room has comfortable sofas [one being a sprung double sofabed for 2 extras!]. Also on the ground floor is the fully equipped bespoke oak kitchen. The bedroom with its kingsized bed is accessed via a spiral staircase from the living room. The generous shower room is adjacent to the bedroom. From all windows there are views across the farm and courtyard. Holt Farm Wain House - Thw Wain House has been imaginatively transformed into a superb holiday home for four. With level access throughout the holiday home and onto the patio, and a wet room, it is idealy suited to young families and less able visitors. Great for groups of families and frinds when booked in conjunction with the Farm House, The Stable and Holt Farm Barn. |
