Ideally located within the city walls and just a five minute walk from the city centre, Bay Tree House is a charming Victorian terrace house offering quality self-catering accommodation for up to four people.

Situated in a quiet conservation area, the house is well equipped and provides an ideal based for visiting the many tourist attractions in and around York.

Bay Tree House sleeps up to four people in a double room and a twin room, both decorated to a high standard with plenty of storage space. Children are welcome at all times and we can provide a travel cot and high chair on request.

Bay Tree House can be booked throughout the year on a weekly basis (Friday to Friday) and short breaks are available from November through to April. Please email for specific prices.

Please note that the house is entirely non-smoking and unfortunately we do not accept pets.

Bathroom - Upstairs is a large bathroom complete with walk-in shower and separate bath.
Double Bedroom - At the rear of the house is a double bedroom with alarm clock and hairdryer.
Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and fridge freezer. We try to provide all the cooking utensils you could need and outside there is a small yard so you can even eat al fresco.
Lounge - Bay Tree House has a comfortable lounge and dining room with DVD/video player and CD player. We provide books, games, a selection of videos and visitor information to make your stay as relaxing as possible.
Twin Bedroom - At the front of the house is a twin bedded room with plenty of storage space.
