This attractive barn conversion has been thoughtfully and stylishly decorated and furnished throughout. Orchard Cottage does not permit pets; smokers are not allowed; and it is not suitable for children under 11 years of age.

The beautiful one storey ground floor barn conversion has two double bedrooms, both with en-suite facilities (one with a walk-in shower cubicle with power shower, toilet and basin, the other with a full size bath, toilet and basin). The kitchen/diner has a Shaker-style cream kitchen, and is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, slim-line dishwasher, fridge with large ice box and washing machine. Use of owner`s tumble dryer by arrangement. An oak dining table provides seating for four people.

The sitting room is tastefully decorated with two small sofas in warm terracotta, and has traditional exposed beams. There are solid oak occasional tables and units, and a television and DVD player.

Outside, the beautifully landscaped communal gardens are shared with the owner. There are orchards, and views over farmland with open countryside beyond. Guests can unload cars at the front entry to the property; parking for one car is adjacent to the property. Central heating is by gas.
