This is a spacious serviced apartment offering an ideal alternative to booking a hotel room. It is situated in a fantastic central location just off the Royal Mile with many shops, bars, restaurants, and visitor attractions on the doorstep. The apartment has free Wi-Fi internet access available in the aparmtent. The property consists of the following accommodation: Bedroom with king size double bed Bedroom with double or twin beds Open plan lounge and dining room Bathroom with power shower Fully Equipped Kitchen Free Private Parking The bedrooms are both very comfortable and have walk-in wardrobes and chest of drawers. Both bedrooms have a hairdryer and there is a trouser press in the double bedroom. All Bedding, linen and towels are provided. The bathroom has a white 3 piece suite; power shower over bath, toilet and wash-hand basin. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, crockery and cutlery etc... Clothes drying and ironing facilities also provided. The open plan lounge has two sofas, digital colour television, radio/cassette/cd player. The dining room has a six seater dining table. A cot and baby high chair are available by request in advance. Sightseeing leaflets, maps and public transport timetables for the surroundings are available in the apartment. There is secure private parking for one car. Additionally there is metered car parking adjacent to the property. There is a security intercom system to the apartment. The apartment is non-smoking and sorry no pets are allowed.
