Spread over 2 levels, each totally self-contained, this is the perfect stylish escape for a group of friends or a couple of families. With 5 bedrooms and 2 open plan living/ dining/ kitchen areas, plus a large fenced garden, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax. 200 metres walk to the shimmering sands of Aldinga Beach - a pristine, magnificent seascape. Yet just 10 minutes drive to McLaren Vale - even less to its fabulous wineries, such as Fox Creek. This unique beach house spaciously accommodates 10 people. Upstairs, one group can sip a local Shiraz, on the sunny balcony. Perhaps watch the children play cricket on the lush green lawn below. While downstairs, another group might play a board game or watch a DVD in the spacious living room. Of course, with the mild Mediterranean climate, you will probably want to entertain outside - where a bbq plus play equipment is provided.
