This sympathetically converted barn offers two bedrooms and is fully equipped with all the amenities expected of a four star property with oil fired central heating through out. The style of the interior is an unfussy mixture of old and new with lovely soft furnishings and all the modern comforts to make your stay a memorable one, yet it still manages to retain many of its original features with old stone, vaulted ceilings, and beams. The fully fitted farmhouse style kitchen has a single oven, hobb, integral dishwasher, microwave, midi hi-fi system & fridge/freezer the dining area contains a country kitchen table and four chairs. The comfortable living area has squashy sofa’s, flat screen TV, DVD and double doors that open onto a private patio with attractive cream wrought iron garden furniture & chiminea for those lovely summer al fresco evenings. This lovely self catering holiday cottage has a twin bedroom and double bedroom with comfortable mattresses & lovely crisp white bed linen ensuring a restful nights sleep. In the bright airy bathroom you will find quality toiletries, fluffy towels and plenty of hot water. Great Ashley Farm Cottage is a perfect holiday location for walking, cycling, fishing, golf and many more country pursuits. There is a small utility area at the back of the kitchen with washing facilities and plenty of room for coats and boots. There are many delightful villages within the area with Winsley at the end of the lane, home to the Award Winning Seven Stars Pub and the picture book town of Bradford-on-Avon with shops, pubs and restaurants is just 2 miles away. London is easily accessible in about an hour & half from nearby Bath Spa train station or 2 hours by road. Our cottage sleeps four and well behaved children are always welcome, there is a high chair and cot in the cottage. The cottage is strictly non smoking and we are unable to accept pets. Don’t forget we run also own the Award Winning Great Ashley Farm B&B so we can always accommodate any friends or relatives that may want to come and stay!
