| We offer an alternative to Hotels with our range of serviced apartments and houses in and around the Southampton and Portsmouth area.
Our properties are all fully furnished and fully equipped; most properties have Wi-fi broadband, central heating, fully equipped kitchens, bath and/or shower, colour TV, microwave, telephone, laundry facilities, towels, linen and bed linen. Once each week our housekeeper will come into the accommodation to service it and change the bed linen etc. Our charges are inclusive of all outgoing utilities, the only exception being telephone calls. Optional food Welcome Packs are available on request.

Five Bed Roomed House from £945-00 to £1120-00 per week
Prices quoted per night are from:
Studio Flats-from £45.00 per night.
One Bed Roomed Apartment-from £55.00 per night.
Two Bed Roomed Apartment, Two people sharing from £38-00 per person per night.
Three Bed Roomed House Three people sharing from £31.66 per person per night.
Four Bed Roomed House Four people sharing from £31.75 per person per night.
Five Bed Roomed House Five people sharing from £27.00 per person per night

All properties offered are subject to availability.
Booking conditions:
1) We invoice for every 28 nights booked in advance. If the stay is for less than 28 nights this is also payable in advance for the amount of nights booked
2) To confirm the booking a £100.00 fee will be required in advance, this will be deducted from the final balance. First Invoice
3) The booking fee can be refunded if the booking is cancelled subject to us being able to re-sell the accommodation. A minimum of 14 days notice is required. If less than 7 days notice is given only 50% of the booking fee will be refunded. Less than 7 days no refund – 13-7 days 50% refund.
4) Two weeks notice to vacate is required; unless the departure date has been previously agreed. However should we be able to sell the accommodation you will be credited and only a small handling charge made.
5) We can accept most credit cards but if you wish to use American Express or Diners card 5% (non-refundable) will be added to the costs.
6) An agreement will need to be signed by the tenant prior to moving in.
