The cottage provides a peaceful rural location benefiting from modern fittings throughout. It overlooks rolling green pastures to the hills of the Peak District. The cottage has 2 bedrooms a double and a twin room. The bathroom is fully fitted with electric shower and bath. The oak beamed kitchen has all modern units and includes cooker, microwave, freezer, fridge, washing machine, auto drier and dishwasher. The lounge has an oak beamed fireplace with coal effect fire and benefits from oil fired central heating throughout. The farm is conveniently located for walking, bike riding and site seeing. Attractions like Alton Towers, Chatsworth and Jodrell Bank provide something for all the family. There are many National Trust type properties in the area such as Lyme Park, Dunham Massey, Little Moreton Hall, Styal Mill, Capesthorne Hall and Gawsworth Hall. There is a series of guided walks and courses on the countryside and wildlife. Chester is less than one hour and provides a most interesting day out around the Roman wall surrounding the shopping centre.
