This lovely two bedroom 'Georgian' bungalow is decorated and furnished to a high standard. It is double glazed and heating is available throughout to make sure you are comfortable whatever the weather.
The lounge has a comfortable three piece suite, a Hi Fi, colour TV, DVD, VCR (children’s videos) and a coal effect electric fire. There is a Guest Information Book and a large collection of brochures and leaflets about some of the many local tourist attractions.
The spacious modern kitchen/diner is fully equipped, including a microwave oven, large fridge/freezer, dining table and 4 chairs. In the bathroom there is an electric shower over the bath, electric heating panel and bathroom cabinet. Bathroom towels are supplied for your use.
Both the twin and double bedrooms have a bedside cabinet, chests of drawers, fitted wardrobes and heating panels. We have supplied mattress protectors, pillows with protectors, duvets, blankets and bedspreads, and the beds will be freshly made up ready for your arrival.
There is a smoke detector, fire blanket, and First Aid kit for your safety and peace of mind. There is no extra charge for electricity usage.
Outside is a driveway with space for two cars, a light by the front door for safety at night and grassed areas where children can play in safety.
This small friendly family run holiday village is tastefully set in level, spacious grounds (lit at night), between Scurlage village and the beautiful Gower countryside. It is about twenty minutes drive from Swansea, five minutes from the award winning beaches of Port Eynon and Mewslade, and ten minutes from the famous Rhossili Bay beach.
The on-site Facilities include:

By the site entrance is a Public House serving meals, a general store/off licence and a hairdresser's salon. Opposite the entrance is a doctor's surgery and chemists.
The bungalow is available from 3.30pm on arrival day, and should be vacated by 10.30am on departure day.

The holiday village is open from 1st March to 31st December and Christmas Holiday are available!
You can book a Low or Mid Season holiday for next year at this year's prices provided that we receive you booking form and deposit by 31st December this year. |
