Dunbar is a small coastal town located 25 miles east of Edinburgh's City Centre, it’s a peaceful location making it a much sought after place in which to holiday. It’s pleasant sandy beaches makes it a popular visitor destination all year round. The picturesque village lies on the coast of the Firth of Forth and within 2 miles of the Lammermuir Hills. And, if golf is your passion, there are several fine courses nearby including The Open Championship course a Muirfield. The excellent road links means that travelling to Scotland’s capital city, where an array of galleries, theatres, museums and shops can be found can take as little as 30 minutes to reach. There are direct links to Europe through Edinburgh International Airport. The property is set in 5 acres. It has 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a garden room/additional bedroom, sitting room and breakfasting kitchen. Outside, there are gardens laid to lawn, paddocks (feel free to bring your horse,) kennels and the property has its own burn (with fish) running through it. Linen is included and each room has its own private shower room/wc. This is a stunning countyside location which is a stone throw from many fine beaches and great countryside walks.
