| Well situated 2 Bedroom apartment facing the swimming pool (closed Jan/Feb) and with unobstructed views of the countryside and mountains beyond.
It comprises a twin bedroom with matching headboard, duvet & curtains, also a small second bedroom with twin beds. The open plan living room contains both double sofa and sofa bed, plus dining area. A sliding door opens out onto the terrace with small garden below. The property contains a fully equipped kitchen; the bathroom has full bath, shower, vanity unit & toilet.
Other amenities include a chimenea (log burning), satellite TV and a micro system.
Afternoon sun on the patio to the rear.
7 minute walk to Burriana with its beachside cafes, chic restaurants, bars & water sports. 7 - 8 mins walk to large supermarket. Car hire not essential.
These rates include weekly change of linen, weekly maid service, water and electricity (winter season 1st.Nov-31st March Electricity charged at 0.15 Euros/KW H.), villa and beach towels and a Champagne Service Pack complete with mineral water, soaps, paper towels and flowers to welcome you.
