This cosy, modern bungalow makes an ideal holiday destination with spacious living area, pleasant lawned garden and large patio area, only a short walk from the beach (Cei Bach). New Quay is just 15 minutes walk along the coast with its excellent selection of shops, bars and restaurants and Aberaeron, famous for its brightly coloured Georgian houses, is only a short drive away. Ceredigion boasts spectacular scenery ideal for walking or sightseeing. Cardigan Bay itself is an outstanding and internationally important area for marine wildlife, home to dolphins, porpoise and grey seals. The bungalow is fully fitted with 3 bedrooms, ideal for parties of 2-6 people. Entrance to kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven and electric cooker which leads to Open plan dining/sitting room: the dining area has dining table and 6 chairs. The sitting room has a wood-burning stove, 2 large comfy sofas, colour TV with Sky, DVD player, Video player and french door leading out into the lawned garden and patio area. Bedroom 1 has double bed and large fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, wardrobe with shelves and drawers and a bedside table. Bedroom 3 is a bed/sitting room with double futon, wardrobe with shelves and drawers and a bedside/coffee table. All bedlinen and towels will be provided for your stay and beds will be made for your arrival. A cot is also available if required. The bathroom has a bath with electric shower , WC and wash hand basin. There are electric storage heaters throughout the property. Electricity is included as part of the price. The garden is laid to lawn with a separate patio area furnished with teak table and chairs and barbeque. One well-behaved pet is welcome.
