The property has a large living area surrounded by a pleasant lawned garden and is situated in the peaceful coastal village of Llanarth. The local pub, church, post office and convenience store are all within 5 minutes’ walk.
New Quay with its excellent selection of shops, bars and restaurants is 5 minutes’ drive away and Aberaeron, famous for its brightly coloured Georgian houses, is a short drive in the opposite direction.
Ceredigion boasts spectacular scenery ideal for walking or sightseeing. Cardigan Bay itself is an outstanding and internationally important area for marine wildlife, home to dolphins, porpoise and grey seals.
The bungalow is fully fitted and furnished with 3 bedrooms, ideal for parties of 2-6 people.

The kitchen/diner has a fridge, microwave oven and electric hob/oven. The dining area has a dining table which extends to seat 6 comfortably. French doors lead out into the garden.
All other rooms are off the main corridor.
The sitting room has 2 large comfy sofas, colour TV with video player and french doors leading out into the lawned garden.
The 3 bedrooms are all fitted with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the third is a twin room.
All bedlinen and towels will be provided for your stay and beds will be made for your arrival.
There are 2 bathrooms at the property. The main bathroom has a bath with electric shower , WC and wash hand basin. Whilst the second bathroom has a large shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.
There are electric storage heaters throughout the property. Electricity is included as part of the price.
The garden is laid to lawn and surrounds the property on 3 sides.
One well-behaved pet is welcome.
There is parking for 3 cars and a large garage which is available for your use.
