Available to rent together with Cottage 1 , next door, for group bookings of up to 12 people. This is a unique property, a real find right in the heart of the old Brighthelm village, a few minutes walk along a quaint and ivy clad twitten to the centre of Brighton's vibrant shopping and North Laine. Both front and back of this pretty cottage look out onto the terraced gardens, tastefully planted with tropical plants and raised planters constructed from reclaimed sleepers. Open plan kitchen and dining area to seat 6 guests with new appliances including dishwasher and freezer. At the front of the cottage there is paved outside patio terrace with bench perfect for breakfast in the morning sunshine surrounded with tropical plants. BBQ on the back terrace perfect for summer eating and drinking. Sleeps up to 6 persons with sofa bed.
