| Villa Kucuk - This exclusive air-conditioned two double bedroom villa with private swimming pool is located just above Kalkan on a hillside amongst mature olive groves, about a 15 minute walk from the town centre. It is a small-detached villa with a unique design featuring local stone and timber in the interior and is suprisingly spacious and light.
Wrought iron gates open onto the courtyard and terrace, leading onto the pool and patio, with magnificent panoramic views over Kalkan and the sea.
The front door leads into the lounge / kitchen dining area. It is comfortably furnished with a well-equipped kitchen electric cooker, gas hob and fridge.
There is also a bathroon with shower, W.C, wash hand basin on this level.
From the lounge there is a large double bedroom with french windows opening onto the pool area.
Wooden stairs lead down from the lounge to the second large double bedroom with its own lounge space. It has an en-suite (bath/shower, W.C wash hand basin) and has it's own private entrance(if required), with a terrace overlooking Kalkan and the bay.
Outside to the right is a utility room with a large fridge/freezer, washing machine, and drying area.
The swimming pool is set to one side of the villa with a good-sized patio overlooking Kalkan - ideal for al fresco dining.
Mature olive trees afford some shade and the poolside is provided with sun loungers and sun shades.
Also included is daily maid service, linen and towels are changed twice weekly, and the pool is cleaned daily.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Mosquito machines and hairdryers are provided in both bedrooms.
