Standing in one third of an acre of peaceful garden, surrounded by open fields, it enjoys lovely open views. Old Farm has generous accommodation with a superb large, well-equipped Smallbone kitchen. There is a comfortable lounge and a separate dining room with a large oak refectory table, which comfortably seats 8. Both the dining room and hall have wooden floors with rugs. There is also a utility room. The cottage has a spacious feel to it, accommodating 6 people in three double bedrooms ( l double, 2 twins) two of which have hand basins. There are two bathrooms, one with power shower.
