Redecoratd this year and with a new kitchen and bathroom, it is easy to see how the real character of this mid-Victorian School attracted the owners. Facilities include:

General Central heating, TV, VCR, DVD player CD player Standard Kettle, Toaster, Iron, Hair dryer Utilities Dish washer, Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Washing machine.

Large Rooms - two bedrooms one with twin beds and the other a galleried master bedroom, with double bed, looking over the living room, Bathroom/shower room with WC. Furniture: Single beds (2), Double beds (1), Cots (1), Dining seating for 4-5, Lounge seating for 5, Sleeps maximum of 4 adults plus an extra child and or baby. Highchair must be pre-booked. Outdoors private garden, barbeque Gas central heating. Bed linen , towels and heating included. High chair and cot available but must be booked in advance. There is a small charge for the cot. Outside there is an enclosed fenced mature garden giving privacy. Off road car parking space. Extra parking on road.

Excellent base for business people who want more flexibility than B&B or a hotel.

Second Bedroom - Comfortable for adults and children alike, the second bedroom has twin beds, a writing desk, a TV-VCR combi and plenty of wardrobe and storage space.
The Gallery - The galleried Master bedroom looks over the living room
The Kitchen and Dining Room - Newly equipped the kitchen is one of the focal points of the house. With a high ceiling and a spacious dining table, it has a homely, 'farmhouse' feel to it. Perhaps, as it is the old cloak and boot room for the school, one can imagine all the activities of the children...

The Living Room - You enter the living room fron the door shown on the left. Apart from the central heating radiators, with thermostatically controlled vales, the living room is efficiently heated by the log effect electric fire. The staircase leads to the galleried Master bedroom. A 'Mini' CD & radio-casette player, TV, DVD, VCR are all present.
The Master bedroom - Spacious and with a new king size brass bedsted and matress, you can look out of this window to see views of the surrounding village and farmland. On the left, there is a wide storage platform large enough to place a spare matress for a child to sleep on. There are bedside lamps, a dressing table and a built in wardrobe.
