Set in a quiet residential area of Milford on Sea, not far from the clifftop from where there are excellent views of the Isle of Wight and Needles and a short walk away from the village centre, “Pennypot” is a cosy, one bedroomed, self catering, ground floor apartment (annexe to Ha’penny House, a B&B guest house) comprising lounge, dining room, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with bath and shower over and well equipped kitchen. Clean and comfortably furnished with colour T.V. , fridge, microwave, electric cooker, central heating and use of washing machines in the laundry room by arrangement. Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden and summer house, with seating, table and bar-b-que provided. All power (including central heating when required) bed linen, (duvet), towels and tea towels are included in the rent. Private parking is available. Friday to Friday bookings. Non smokers only, sorry no pets. Maximum two people. Prices range from £195 per week in December/January(excluding Christmas/New Year) to £315 pw in August.
