A genuine 4 star rated, delightful cottage surrounded by countryside, plenty of parking, great local pubs, very clean with crisp, fresh linen. Broadband internet access BYO laptop. No pets or smokers.
The cottage is part of our main home but separated by our garage. You will have your own space and privacy plus use of the garden & patio with table, chairs and loungers and use of our 32ft outdoor swimming pool during certain hours in the summer months. Easy off road parking.

BEDROOM 1 -5ft bed, hairdrier & storage. 21" TV with digital channels and video. There is direct access to the stairs and there is a built in removable stairgate. Lovely views to rear.
BEDROOM 2 - Upstairs 2 single beds, storage.
The second bedroom leads off the first so is more suited to a family and not two couples.
BEDROOM 3 - Downstairs with 1 single bed and pull out bed under. Leads off the living room, small room.
The large living room has two leather sofas, a 28" digital TV with DVD & video, storage and dining table and chairs. Folding bed available too.

Semi rural location with fields back and front, great pubs and walks on your doorstep. 5 minute drive into Ware town, Central London 50 minutes by train from Ware. We are 20 miles south of Cambridge and 3 miles from Hertford.
