Birdwood road is a quiet area situated just outside of Cambridge City Centre. It is within walking distance of Addenbrookes Hospital, railway station and local convenience stores.
The accommodation is located on the ring road and serviced by a regular bus service, which will take you to principal shopping areas and the historic city centre. the property is divided into four self contained flats and there is a communal paved area with outdoor seating for your use.
Flat 4 has a conservatory and private garden. Parking could not be easier as there are no restrictions on the surrounding roads, allowing you to park directly outside your chosen flat.
Each flat is personally managed and maintained by Mr and Mrs Blackburn, who will help in any way they can to ensure that your stay is pleasurable and relaxing.
The tarriff includes electricity, hot water and heating, bed linen and towels (fresh linen and towels are provided weekly), and a wlcome pack on arrival. the welcome pack can be upgraded on request to a more luxurious and substantial pack at an extra cost of £50.00 GBP and will be in your flat on arrival.
This will comprise of fresh flowers, a selection of wine and fine food. telephone lines are available in some flats and guests will be invoiced retrospectively for any calls made during their stay. Please view photographs on the web site. Contact us to discuss your booking. |
