A lovely 16th century cottage situated in the heart of the Surrey town of Leatherhead. An ideal base for the London/South East tourist, being only a short walk to the mainline railway station of Leatherhead with trains directly into the capital. Leatherhead itself has an abundance of restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, a museum, theatre/cinema, leisure centre, etc. The M25, Junction 9, is a 5 minute drive giving easy access to Gatwick/Heathrow Airports (approx 35 mins). The cottage comprises: period lounge/dining room with small inglenook fireplace, lots of beams, door to small courtyard, small fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer. Upstairs beamed bedroom with kingsize bed, and bathroom with bath, w.c. and wash hand basin.
