This luxury privately owned non smoking centrally heated double glazed 6 bed pine lodge is situated within the prestigious South Lakeland Leisure Village. The accomodation consists of 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower and loo and 2 twin rooms. The open plan lounge/fully equipped kitchen/dining area leads onto a spacious veranda. The lounge area seats 6 and contains a remote control LCD screen complete with freeview and BOSE surround sound system/DVD/Radio/Stored music. The LCD screen is built into the wall above the contemporary pebble fire place. The main bedroom has the benefit of TV with freeview and multi room remote control CD/Radio/Stored music. The main bathroom comes complete with bath, loo and heated towel rail. The lodge is ideally located for the Lakes, Yorkshire Dales and Arnside/Silverdale. Outdoor activities are plentiful and the beautiful towns and villages of the Lakes and Dales within easy reach. Morecambe and Lancaster are close by for the shopaholics. For rainy days there is a selction of DVDs to enable you to experience the superior quality of the entertainment system, books and board games and within the Leisure Village there is a Leisure Centre with pool, newly upgraded gym for 2008, steam room and beauty salon. The Waters Edge bar / restaurant is well worth a visit and overlooks the outside terrace, lake and beach area where you can enjoy a glass of wine on a balmy summers evening. The lake can be used for sailing using your own non motorised canoe / rowing boat.
