Two bedroomed restored stone cottage in the tiny village of Aglish which is 14 miles north of Nenagh and 6 miles from Portumna on Lough Derg. Walking in the Slieve Bloom mountains and in Portumna Forest Park is very popular, two golf courses are within 10 minutes drive and our boat on Lough Derg is available for fishing and boating. Galway and Connemara are within driving distance as is Limerick, Bunratty and the Cliffs of Moher. Restaurants and pubs are many and varied and babysitters are available to ensure a relaxing evening. The cottage has 1 bedroom ensuite and the other is adjacent to the bathroom. The original fireplace in the living room adds character and is a cheerful focal point. Cooking and eating in the warm and bright conservatory creates a wonderful holiday atmosphere. This part of North Tipperary is quiet and peaceful with many amenities for all age groups.
