Spacious restored three bedroomed stone cottage in courtyard of Georgian House. Located only two miles from Borrisokane in north Tipperary this rural cottage is a little more than an hour from Shannon airport and the same distance from Galway. Courtyard Cottages in Borrisokane is a central location for touring Connemara, ring of Kerry, Cliffs of Moher and Atlantic shores. There is also an excellent bus service hourly from Nenagh to Dublin which is a relaxing way to see the sights of our capital city and do some shopping. Peaceful scenic area with many amenities nearby. Visitors enjoy walking in the forest park, boating and fishing on Lough Derg, golfing at 4 nearby courses, irish dancing in Terryglass before going across to the pub! The bedroom downstairs is en-suite and each upstairs bedroom has its own sink and a shared bathroom with shower and bath. The living room has an open fire and the whole house also has oil heating. The recent addition of a conservatory gained a suntrap from lunchtime and is especially pleasant in the evenings There is also a garden with furniture and a play area, a boat, bicycles, games room with snooker, table tennis and darts. .
