Well equipped and comfortably furnished, this bright and airy cottage is set back from the road in the quiet village of Knapton, just one and a half miles from the coastal village of Mundesley with its award-winning beach where a beach-hut is also available for letting. The charm of the cottage is provided by its original features and exposed roof timbers, together with a tranquil and private rear garden. The sitting room has sofa, TV and video all the comforts you would expect. Unfitted antique pine units, modern conveniences pine dining table and four chairs equip the kitchen to a high standard. French doors lead to the garden The master bedroom has high ceilings and exposed beams. The second bedroom with bunk beds is accessed through the master bedroom There is parking for one car and the front garden is mainly laid to lawn.
