We are an AA 4 star rated establishment, and Pensilver is our newly refurbished luxury family suite. Pensilver can be taken as a one bedroom apartment with a large double bedroom with the full Sky package on the TV and a large bathroom; there are 2 comfy armchairs to relax in. Plus you have the use of a fully equipped kitchen, which also has a table and 2 chairs. French doors open onto a patio. As a two bedroomed apartment, there are interconnecting doors to another large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed plus an ensuite shower room, and there is a leather sofa in the bay window to relax on. The garden is for all to share, and a BBQ is available. Bed linen is provided with duvet and pillows. There is also a hairdryer, extensive beverage tray and toiletries. The kitchen also has a microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is no smoking inside, but no problem outside in the garden. There is off road parking for one car. Lostwithiel is only 6 miles away from the Eden Project and only 10 minutes away from the nearest beaches. Even the north coast is only 40 minutes in the car.
