Situated just outside Crich, at the end of a 200mtr drive, in acres of gardens, this self catering holiday cottage offers a real retreat; Surrounded by garden and hundreds of acres of open fields with views accross the Derwent Valley. (Parking is private and plentiful).
This Crich self catering holiday cottage is a short walk from the village centre. The Crich National Tramway Museum, The Derwent Valley Museums, The Crich Tramway Village, & The National Heritage Corridor. Nottingham, Derby, Wirksworth, Matlock Bath, Alfreton, Chatsworth House, Dovedale and the rest of the Peak District are all within a short drive.
WE PERMIT BOOKINGS FROM ANY DAY TO ANY DAY. PRICES INCLUDE HEATING, LIGHTING, LINEN AND TOWELS. ( Sorry no pets can be accommodated, Smoking is not permitted in the cottage, and it is not suited to children)
As at the 1st January 09, a guide to prices and availability for 7 nights for 4 adults is as follows:
3rd Jan 2009 to 27th March - £280 per week
28th March to 1st May - £350 per week
2nd May to 11th September - £420 per week
12th september to 9th October - £350 per week
4th October to 20th December - £280 per week
20th December 2009 to 3rd January 2010 - £420 per week

Part weeks and part occupancy clients welcome,
eg: Weekend Prices in peak season 2009:
£139(1 person),
£151(2 persons),
£175(4 persons).
See below to calculate 'Short-Break' prices for the other periods.
Part-Occupancy Prices:
For occupancy by 3 persons deduct 10% from the weekly price.
For occupancy by 2 persons deduct 20% from the weekly price (assuming use of one bedroom only).
For occupancy by 1 person deduct 30% from the weekly price .
Short-Break Prices:
Email us for a price or you may calculate it as follows:
1. If the cottage will be occupied by less than four persons first reduce the selected weekly price as above.
2. Deduct £77 from the calculated weekly price.
3. Divide the balance by 7.
4. Multiply this by the number of days you require, then add back the £77.
eg: A weekend for TWO persons in August 2007:-
a. Calculate the part-occupancy weekly price(£420*80%=£336),
b. deduct £77(£336-£77=£259),
c. divide by 7 (£259/7=£37),
d. Multiply by 2 for two nights(2*£37=£74),
e. Add £77 (£74+£77=£151) Total cost £151.

* (if your required dates span two charge rates please calculate a daily charge for each day and add them all together before step e)
The gardens have acres of lawns, BBQs, picnic areas, sun traps, etc.
Booking: To make a booking - phone or email us and ask us to hold the dates you require - include your postal address and we will send you a full brochure. Then, within 7 days,
if you like the brochure, send the
booking deposit of £77 per week or
part week, by credit card or cheque.
Payments: The balance must be paid at least six weeks prior to arrival. (Cash on arrival may occassionally be acceptable, but this must be agreed in writing).
A refundable 'unreasonable damages deposit' of £100 is required in cash upon arrival. (The cottage should be vacated in a condition suited to reletting after reasonable cleaning on our part).
Cancellation: You may cancel your booking at any time for any reasonable reason. If you cancel before your agreed arrival date then we are happy to refund any balance paid. If you cancel on or after your agreed arrival date then we will only retain the amount equivalent to the actual stay, as calculated under the Short Break prices above.
