THE MOST PEACEFUL SELF CATERING HOLIDAY COTTAGE IN CRICH Situated just outside Crich, at the end of a 200mtr drive, in acres of gardens, this self catering holiday cottage offers a real retreat; Surrounded by garden and hundreds of acres of open fields with views accross the Derwent Valley. (Parking is private and plentiful). This Crich self catering holiday cottage is a short walk from the village centre. The Crich National Tramway Museum, The Derwent Valley Museums, The Crich Tramway Village, & The National Heritage Corridor. Nottingham, Derby, Wirksworth, Matlock Bath, Alfreton, Chatsworth House, Dovedale and the rest of the Peak District are all within a short drive. WE PERMIT BOOKINGS FROM ANY DAY TO ANY DAY. PRICES INCLUDE HEATING, LIGHTING, LINEN AND TOWELS. ( Sorry no pets can be accommodated, Smoking is not permitted in the cottage, and it is not suited to children) As at the 1st December 07, a guide to prices and availability for 7 nights for 4 adults is as follows: 5th Jan 2008 to 15th March - £280 per week 15th March to 3rd May - £350 per week 3rd May to 6th September - £420 per week 6th september to 4th October - £350 per week 4th October to 20th December - £280 per week 20th December to 3rd January 2009 - £420 per week TO CALCULATE PART WEEKS/PART OCCUPANCY [a. Reduce weekly price by 10% for each person less than four. eg by 20% for 2 persons] [b. Subtract £77] [c. Divide the remaining figure by 7] [d. Mutiply the result by the number of nights required] [e. add £77]. For example: the following steps calculate the cost for 2 persons staying two nights in April. (a. £350 - £350x20% = £280) (b. £280-77 = £203) (c. £203/7 = 29) (d. £29 x 2nights = £58) (e. £58 + £77 = £135) The gardens have acres of lawns, BBQs, picnic areas, sun traps, etc. Booking: To make a booking - phone or email us and ask us to hold the dates you require - include your postal address and we will send you a full brochure. Then, within 7 days, if you like the brochure, send the booking deposit of £77 per week or part week, by credit card or cheque. Payments: The balance must be paid at least six weeks prior to arrival. (Cash on arrival may occassionally be acceptable, but this must be agreed in writing). A refundable breakage & cleaning, cash deposit, of £100* is required upon arrival. Cancellation: For a small premium (10% of the balance, with the balance), days may be cancelled for any reasonable reason and the balance will be refunded on a pro-rata basis of days used, but the £77 deposit per per week or part week is not refundable.
