| A newly built air conditioned two bedroom townhouse situated in a quiet location on a private exclusive development in the centre of Costa Caleta (also known Caleta de Fuste). 5 mins walk from a sandy beach. 2 mins walk from the main centre with a huge variety of restaurants, bars and shops. 5 mins drive from the PGA Golf Course and 300 yards from one of the best fishing spots on the Island. The property is arranged over two floors and overlooks the communal pool and landscaped gardens. It is furnished to a very high standard throughout with a spacious lounge complete with 3 seater and 2 seater leather settee's.
