| These two adjoining bungalows are on a delightful holiday complex in the Nuevo Horizonte area of Caleta de Fuste. They sleep 3 people per bungalow and are ideal for two families wishing to holiday together. The complex itself has two pools and the chalets have been completely refurbished to provide for a relaxing holiday.
The bedrooms have twin beds and there is also a fold-up bed in the open-plan lounge which have a television and breakfast bar. The kitchens have a double hob unit and microwave.
They are ideal for those prefering a quiet holiday away from the hub-hub of Caleta town centre yet within easy reach of the resort with its array of shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. The bungalows can be rented together or separately
A few minutes walk will take you to the seafront promenade which follows the rocky coastline down to the harbour and sandy beaches of Caleta about a 15-20 minute walk away.
The complex, called Cocosol, is the Nuevo Horizonte area of Costa Caleta and the resort centre can be reached either along the attractive coastal path which leads into the town or by regular taxi service which is cheap (about 3 Euros).
The area itself has a few bars providing entertainment, some restaurants (Italian, Chinese, English and a British-style pub grub bar) and mini-supermarkets.
Water sports abound in Caleta - everything from windsurfing to scuba diving, or you could take the catamaran and go swimming with dolphins. Here you will also find mini-golf, quad bike hire, tennis and camel rides. In the evening, you can find entertainment ranging from live acts to karaoke, quizzes and bingo but there are also plenty of quiet bars.
The 18 hole Championship golf course is about an 8 minute taxi ride away as is the Atlantico centre with its shops, supermarket, ten pin bowling and cinema. |
