Cozy furnished, ground floor (not basement) studio apartment in a modern house. Own entrance at the side, and patio area. Clean, quiet and private. 3 piece bathroom w/ spacious shower stall, and full kitchen. Street Parking.

All the comforts of home. Included are all utilities, towels, bedding, dishes, cookware, all the small appliances, fridge, stove, local phone calls, DSL internet connection (plus wireless) and satellite TV.

Right by a big park and convenient to Downtown by car or bus at the corner and to the "alternative life" area of Commercial Drive.

THE SUITE AND OUTSIDE AREAS OF THE PROPERTY ARE TOTALLY NON SMOKING. Sorry, Pets declined.

Deposit required to guarantee reservation and there is a cancellation policy. Minimum booking 7 nights
