This delightful character cottage is attached to the owner's detached house. It dates back over 100 years and was formerly used as the Blacksmith's workshop. The cottage is situated in the small hamlet of Swinhoe and has superb open views over the lovely Northumberland countryside. The long sandy beaches for which the area is renowned, are only 1 mile away. The holiday maker can enjoy exploring this lovely area and from nearby Seahouses can take a boat trip to the Farne Islands. Shops, pubs and restaurants 1 mile. Ground floor; lounge, kitchen/diner, 1 double bedroom, shower room with toilet and basin, first floor, 1 twin bedroom. Storage heaters, all fuel and power included in rent April to September, £15 supplement October to March, bed linen included in rent, colour TV, microwave, enclosed lawned garden, patio, garden furniture, off road parking for 2 cars. Up to 2 pets welcome.
