RHOSGOCH COTTAGE - W.T.B. 4 STAR ACCOMMODATION **** Rhosgoch Cottage is situated in a beautiful valley close to the stunning Cambrian Mountains. The area is well known for its birds, including the majestic Red Kite. Within 30 minutes drive is the spectacular Cardigan Heritage Coastline which offers cliff top walks, boat trips and sandy coves. This delightful stone cottage, overlooking rolling hills where sheep can be seen grazing, is attached to the owners' imposing 18th century farmhouse and offers cosy, comfortable accommodation. The cottage is surrounded by 7 acres of land, on which horses roam, and is bordered by a mountain stream. Ground Floor: Lounge / dining room / kitchen. Attractive beamed lounge / dining area with a very efficient gas log effect fire, large comfortable sofa and fireside chair. There is satellite TV, stereo CD player, books, videos, magazines and games. The dining area has a table and four chairs. The well equipped kitchen area has a slate tiled floor with electric cooker, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster,electric blender, iron and ironing board. First Floor: Two pretty bedrooms with sloping beamed ceilings: One double and one single with additional chair bed for a child. Both bedrooms have electric radiators. Travel cot and baby bath available. Shower room with toilet, basin and electric wall heater. All bed linen is provided, with duvets and additional blankets. Towels and tea towels are also included. The Gardens and Grounds: Visitors are invited to explore the grounds. There is an attractive courtyard garden with furniture and barbecue. The cottage also has its own private fenced garden where children can play. Services: A welcome tray awaits visitors on their arrival and the owners, Ann and Trevor, sincerely hope that their stay will be comfortable and enjoyable. Free range eggs are often available. Parking for 2 cars. Pub and restaurant 2 miles.
