  • Our local golf course has some of the best winter conditions available.
  • Alton is double glased and centrally heated, and our bay window is one of the best places to enjoy the sea view in the warmth!

    Garden level flat in spacious Victorian house with outstanding views overlooking the Firth of Forth and the Isle of May. Quiet location in friendly picturesque fishing village described as a 'Jewel in Scotland's crown'. Set on elevated bank with 'ship's prow' views of rocky coast, grassy banks, pasture and conservation village. Enjoy a complementary glass of wine on the large terrace with garden furniture and soak in the sun, glorious sunsets and 180 degrees of scenery!

    One step access and everything you need for babies and young ones. Family and twin bedroom, sleeps 3-5 plus cot. Plenty of room for pram or golf clubs, and free on street parking.

    Two minutes walk through the vegetable patch to the children's play area overlooking the award-winning beach. Five minutes walk to the cosy local pub, shops and restaurants. Take the scenic coastal path from the foot of the garden to 'Scotland's most painted and photographed harbour' where you can watch the fishermen bring in lobster and crab. Why not take some home to try!

    One mile to the local golf course and bird sanctuary. Excellent seafood restaurants and fresh fish markets in the area. Ideal destination for walking, golfing, cycling, water-sports and bird watching.

    Award winning beach - A stone's throw from the foot of the garden! Kid's will love making sandcastels, collecting shells, fishing in the rock pool, or playing in the beachfront playground. Enjoy a stroll along the coastal path, or walk around the beautiful sea side park with hardly a few meters between park benches!

    House set on Elevated Bank - The house is set on an elevated bank with access to the beach and coastal path from the foot of garden. The chidren's playground and rock pool are a stone's throw away. 5 minutes walk to the centre of this picturesque fishing village, where you can enjoy the cosy local, many convenient shops, the famous Crail pottery, or visit Scotland's 'most painted' harbour. Tourist info and Museum.
    Kitchen with Dining Room beyond - Bright clean well equiped kitchen with sea view. Electric stove, microwave, Cafetiere, quarry tile floor, task lighting, and all you need for family cooking. Everything ready for complementary tea, coffee, biscuits or wine when you arrive!

    View From Terrace - Superb panoramic views overlooking the Firth of Forth and the Isle of May. Enjoy a complementary glass of wine on the large terrace with garden furniture and soak in the sun, glorious sunsets and 180 degrees of scenery! This large south facing terrace is set on an elevated bank with 'ship's prow' views. See the rocky coast with it's grassy banks, the historic 'doo cot' park with the historic village beyond, watch the cows in the meadow, or just watch the world going by as everyone and his dog take a walk through the park and along the coastal path!
