The Cottage, part of which dates back to the 16th century and still retains an original window from 1590, sits beside the bridge over the River Honduu at Llanvihangel Crucorney. 6 miles from Abergavenny, 19 miles from Hereford, 1 hrs drive to Cardiff & Bristol.The Cottage is less than 3 mins walk from the village where there is a shop, Post Office, petrol station and Skirrid Inn Pub - the oldest Inn in Wales. Situated in the Brecon Beacon National Park, there are walks directly from the door and it is an ideal place for exploring the Black Mountains, the Llanthony Valley and the Herefordshire border country. Bridge Cottage has a delightful garden with lawns, flower beds & a secluded patio area with barbecue. The River Honduu borders the garden with steps down to the water.
