Broad Ings is a typical roomy Victorian house, superbly situated in 16 acres of its own steeply sloping wooded grounds. 400 ft above Waterhead with superb panoramic views over Lake Windermere, and the central Lakeland Fells.There is plenty of walking in the area and the centre of Ambleside is approximately one mile away. The house has a full fire certificate.Access to the property is by a steep, narrow, rough single track.
