Built over 120 years ago Maymear is at one end of a terrace of five cottages in the picturesque and friendly village of St. Tudy.The cottage is comfortably furnished and well equipped. The sleeping arrangements are two 3ft beds in one room and two 2ft 6ins beds in the other, both sets can be linked to form doubles. Outside is an attractive enclosed cottage style garden.St Tudy offers a post office and store, pub, a 300 year old church and children's playing field. It is an ideal base for exploring the whole of Cornwall and Dartmoor. The Camel cycle trail starts just one mile away. The nearest beach is approximately 7 miles away.
