August weeks £420 Open all year round. This cosy semi-detached 200 year old cottage, with beamed ceilings, tiled floors and rugs, has been carefully restored to retain its charm and character. At the front, is a sheltered level lawn. There is a patio outside the back door with garden furniture, and a sloping rear garden. The cottage is not overlooked and views are of the tree-lined valley. GROUND FLOOR: Open plan Kitchen/Dining Area/Sitting Room. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave oven, electric cooker, refrigerator, washing machine and tumble drier, etc. Pine table and chairs. Comfortable lounge furniture, CD/cassette/radio, colour TV and DVD/video. A carpeted open staircase leads to. FIRST FLOOR: Bedroom 1 - Views down the valley and tastefully furnished with pine furniture and local prints. Double bed. Bedroom 2 - Valley views, solid pine 3ft bunk beds with deep, comfortable mattresses, suitable for adults. Both rooms have pretty bedding. Bathroom and wc. HEATING: Woodburning stove and gas-fired central heating. Gas and electricity are charged according to use. Complimentary basket of logs for winter bookings. Linen is provided. Well behaved dogs are welcome and we ask that they are kept out of the bedrooms and off the furniture. NO SMOKING. PARKING: Ample space beside the cottage for 2 cars. PETS: Please note that we only allow 1 dog and there is a surcharge of £10.00 per week.
