The Swallows & The Owl Cottage - from £195 per week / sleeps 10
Located on the beautiful Moray Coast of Scotland and built around a private gravelled courtyard within the lightly wooded grounds of a Grade B Listed Regency Buchan former Manse dating circa.1828. The former stables and coach house have been sympathetically converted to provide a pair of quality and tastefully appointed self catering cottages. For your comfort the cottages are fully furnished and tastefully decorated providing a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere and available throughout the year sleeping 2+2 (The Swallows) and 4+2 (The Owl). Each cottage is double glazed, fully heated, and complemented in the main sitting room with a feature cast iron multi-fuel stove ensuring a cosy night in. Whilst spending time in this beautiful area you can enjoy a multitude of activities including golf, riding, fishing, cycling and walking which is by no means an exhaustive list. For those looking for less energetic experiences, why not explore the plentiful supply of dramatic ruins and historic buildings or seek out the many other idyllic places to slow down, rest, and take it easy with a book, sketch pad or easel. All accommodation is on ground level with The Owl offering wheelchair access throughout. For the comfort of all visitors no smoking is permitted within the building. A well-behaved dog is welcome subject to prior arrangement.
