An apartment-style old stone cottage renovated to a high standard, retaining many of the abundant old features. Magnolia has its own patio with garden furniture and barbeque. The large pool and terrace is to the rear. A double door leads into the traditional style kitchen and living area. The ensuite double bedroom is accessed via a stone arch or double doors leading directly into the garden. The property has ample parking and is set in 10 acres of field, orchard and wood. We are less than 300m to the medieval village of Meyrals with its bar, restaurants and boulangerie. You will see from our website that we are ideally located between Les Eyzies and Sarlat, providing a central location from which to explore all the best Dordogne attractions , amenities and activities on offer, while at the same time benefitting from the tranquility and calm to be had at our property.
