A beautiful old stone cottage renovated to a high standard, retaining many of the abundant old features. Eucalyptus has its own patio with garden furniture and barbeque. The large pool and terrace is to the rear. Exterior stone steps lead into the comfortably furnished living area and fully fitted kitchen. Upstairs is an en-suite double bedroom with a comfortable bed. The living room has a clic-clac (comfortable sofabed) suitable for a third person. The property has ample parking and is set in 10 acres of field, orchard and wood. We are less than 300m to the medieval village of Meyrals with its bar, restaurants and boulangerie. You will see from our website that we are ideally located between Les Eyzies and Sarlat, providing a central location from which to explore all the best Dordogne attractions , amenities and activities on offer, while at the same time benefitting from the tranquility and calm to be had at our property.
